The character used with the companion app can be changed by tapping Change Character on the home screen.
Only one character may be used with the app at any given time. Please note you will not receive notifications for characters not in use with the app.
It is possible to register the same character on multiple devices, but we cannot guarantee that the app will function correctly in such cases. Using more than one device simultaneously may lead to issues, so we strongly recommend only using one device at a time.
Yes. Please bear in mind that only one character can be registered on each device. If you wish to register multiple characters, you will need the same number of devices.
In that case, you will no longer be able to access that character in the companion app. The next time you start the app, you will be asked to select another character.
