Widget
Overview
You can now add FINAL FANTASY XIV Companion widgets to your smartphone home screen.
You must be logged in to the Companion App for widgets to display information.
If you added a widget to your home screen before logging in to the app, you will need to delete the widget, log in to the app, and then re-add the widget.
If the widget does not display information after being re-added, please try the following:
- Restart the Companion App and log in with your chosen character.
- If this does not resolve the issue, delete and then re-add the widget.
Tomestone Tracker
When adding the widget, you can link a character you have previously logged in to the app with to display the number of tomestones in their possession.
For the widget to display information, you must be logged in to the Companion App with the service account the linked character is attached to.
Track a character's tomestones using the widget:
- Log in to the Companion App with your chosen character.
- Add a Tomestone Tracker widget to the home screen of your smartphone.
Scrip Tracker
When adding the widget, you can link a character you have previously logged in to the app with to display the number of scrips in their possession.
For the widget to display information, you must be logged in to the Companion App with the service account the linked character is attached to.
Track a character's scrips using the widget:
- Log in to the Companion App with your chosen character.
- Add a Scrip Tracker widget to the home screen of your smartphone.
